Case Study on Brand Identity

karavanipodnaem.bg is an online platform for renting and booking vacation trailers, bungalows, and camper vans. The brief was to create a brand identity that is relatable by a broad audience. It should incorporate several colors as to appear fun and friendly. It should also avoid a luxury niche feel.

Logo and Graphic Elements

The brief was to have nature elements in the logo. Initially there was an instruction for having a big wave in the design but we proposed that the calm water balances the composition better and brings the feeling of harmony and relaxation. The color of the door is the color that we decided to use for the buttons on the website to suggest action and booking. When you click it, it is as if you are opening the door. It is a strong happy, attention-grabbing color.

The elements of graphic design are the building blocks that graphic designers use to create visually appealing and effective designs. I have used lines and colored shapes in order to create recognition. These various elements were than used to create a distinctive brand feel across online and offline assets.

Colors and Typography

The colors needed to be vibrant and modern, suggesting fun and wonderful experiences at the caravans.

The typography is thick which creates a wonderful contrast against the thin lines of the icon.

Note:

I am pleased to share that the founders of the business really liked the logo and also they sent me a photo of a person who wrote a comment on Facebook “Your logo is awesome!”

Always nice to know that it is well received as intended.

Create a memorable brand identity that would suit a wide variaty of online and ofline assets and materials.

Design

Modern with the implementation of natural elements, well-balanced negative space, the contrast of the thin lines and the thick font, and bright colors.

Project Awaken Potential

Project brief

Awaken Potential is a non-profit organization focused on organizing international events themed around personal growth, developing entrepreneurship skills & mindset. The brief was to incorporate the letters A and P, have a gender neutral feel, while also leaning towards a luxury brand feel.

Goals

Create a memorable brand identity that would suit a wide variaty of online and ofline assets and materials.

Design
  • The logo incorporates the letters A and P.
  • The weave of the letters is meant to represent the infinity and DNA signs as to reflect an ever growing potential.
  • The colors are chosen in accordance with the target audience and the color of psychology in mind.

Project Riviera Maya Hot Spots

Project breafing

Project Riviera Maya Hot Spots is an online platform for finding and booking all assortment of entertainment and experiences at the Riviera Maya, Mexico. The brief was to have a logo that appears fun and engaging. It should suggest the wide variaty of activities via the implementation of different colors. It should also be suggestive of Riviera Maya activities.

Goal

Find a feel that incorporates many colors and symbols, while remaining cohesive in its design.

Design
  • Colorful and bright welcoming design representing the exciting vibes of the places.
  • The symbols in the letters are authentic spots and activities distinctive to the location.

Social Media

Honka Bulgaria - Social Media Presence

Project briefing

HONKA designs and builds eco-friendly houses from wood. The houses are distinctive in their appearance as well as the interior design options. 

Our approach towards this project:

We leaned into the strong yellow brand color and incorporated it across social media content.

  • We added a yellow element and the logo to the social media content. Our purpose was to differentiate posts from other content on the web, focused on house design, architecture, and interior. We want to form a connection to the brand so when a person is looking at the results of wooden houses on social media they would immediately spot that they are looking at Honka Bulgaria’s project.
  • We also decided to implement videos on social media which brought variety and more shares on Facebook as well as increasing posts reach.
 

Honka Bulgaria - Social Media Presence

Project briefing

HONKA designs and builds eco-friendly houses from wood. The houses are distinctive in their appearance as well as the interior design options. 

Our approach towards this project:

We leaned into the strong yellow brand color and incorporated it across social media content.

  • In 2024, we intentionally prioritized video content, leveraging existing footage to create more reels.
  • Additionally, we recommended implementing Facebook ads, which proved to be highly successful.

Awaken Potential - Fb Ad Creatives

Project briefing 

Awaken Potential is the core mission of the ‘Awareness’ Foundation, a non-profit organization registered in the EU for public benefit. It was established to bring people together from around the world to grow, achieve, and support one another on the journey of life.

They planned an event, Top 3 Investments for Massive Growth, and identified the need for Facebook ad creatives and a landing page. The design was required to align with both the event topic and the speakers’ brand identity.

Our approach towards this project:
  • We chose to incorporate a bear, a bull, and market graph indicators to establish strong financial visuals.

Divna Medik - Social Media Presence

Project briefing 

LEGENDA cosmetic products deliver effective beauty care through professional expertise and pure, natural ingredients.

Divna Medic sought an appealing way to showcase their products through social media content. They offer two product lines: one for personal care at home and another for professional use by cosmetic experts in salons.

Our approach towards this project:
  • We decided that the content should highlight the moment of product use, with a feminine and visually appealing display, featuring both the products and their ingredients, complemented by infographics.
 

Website Design

Tobacco Trading International Bulgaria TTI Bulgaria

Project breafing
 TTI Bulgaria is an importer of a variaty of tobacco and alcohol products. While they do not sell them directly they have a wide network of partners. They needed to modernize their website while preserving core elements of their brand.
The main challenge was to incorporate all the different brands they import in their design while having their own distinctive brand feel on the website.
Goals

Build a luxury feel website that presents each tobacco and alcohol brand in a manner consistent to the TTI brand look.

Design

  • We gave each tobacco and alcohol brand a separate page which would give them their own presenting space, while maintaining TTI colors and fonts accross all page.
  • We have incorporated subtle graphics and elements specific to this industry.

Hard copy book cover​

Manual for business owners on growing their business

Project brief

The author, Alexander Nikolov, is a recognized business mentor with several books and his own program and methodology on scaling your business. The brief was to have a design that would diferentiate from his previous book, when side by side on a shelf. Also it had to communicate at a glance the purpose of the book and its author.

Goals

Deliver a print-ready design that would be in line with the business theme and the brand of the author.

Design

We decided that a hand-written infographic containing the most important chapters in the book would very effortlessly provide the necessary message. It is original and attention-grabbing. We also included the author since he is well-known in his field of influence.

The photo on the back cover is from a business seminar with the author and all the participants in it. It sends the message that many people already have benefited from the author’s knowledge and trust his methodology.

The design is executed with the brand’s already existing colors and fonts in mind.

Project brief

The author, Alexander Nikolov, is a recognized business mentor with several books and his own program and methodology on scaling your business. 

The brief included information on creating mockups, advertisement creatives, a landing page, and a sales funnel.

Our approach towards this project:
  • We decided to create video mock-ups and photos, incorporating the text already available to set a tone of urgency and excitement. 
  • All elements were aligned with the book’s design to ensure a cohesive and professional presentation.

The company is a leading provider of premium pool, jacuzzi, and spa solutions, offering a wide range of services for both residential and commercial clients. Our products range from custom home pools and jacuzzis to large-scale hotel spas, with a focus on luxury, innovation, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Event Cover

Insight Seminars - Event Cover

Event Cover :

The Brief contained bullet points on attention-grabbing while providing the necessary message to the target audience.

The speakers had to be together more fluently not in a circle or shape.

I had to combine different pictures of the participants and create a well-balanced composition.

The colors were managed in Photoshop with levels and contrast-brightness adjustments.

Behind in the background is the main speaker who is presenting the speakers from the last they of the event.

The Event was live and with an online stream. It successfully reached the target audience.
